Need help on sizing the database for D365 F&O Cloud

I need to estimate the database size for my prospect. Can you help me? If not, could you please link me to the right person?

They are in IT retail business with 150 shops in Thailand and growth each year at least 15%. They would like to know how big in the Database for year 1-5 for budget preparation. These are the number of transactions per months:

Sales: 150,000 sales order per month. 20 line per sales order.

AR receive payment: 150,000 journal per month. 1 line per journal.

Procurement: 1,500 purchase order per month. 200 line per purchase order

Credit card reconcile: 120,000 journal per month 1 line per journal

Bank reconcile: 165,000 journal per month 1 line per journal

Stock movement: 150,000 journal per month 5 line per journal

They have 60,000 SKU with only 10% active.

As you know the start of subscription, Database size 20GB, File size 40GB. With the above transaction, which is a lot, can this starting be enough? If not, how much more are needed?
