Printing product safety sheets

Hi, looking for some help in getting product safety sheets to print. We have the item safety data sheets have been setup and documents attached. When we go to print nothing happens. Not sure what I'm missing in setup. Thanks.

What document class is your document group a part of?

If you're referring to the product compliance / product safety data sheet functionality that comes with process mfg, I haven't been able to get it to print either on CU8 and prior. I haven't tried yet on CU9 / CU10 but will need to soon for a client.

Have you been able to resolve this issue? I am getting the PDSD attached but it is not printing even though I have the "Print product safety data sheet" parameter selected on Delivery note posting.

Yes, your product must be set up as a regulated product as well. Did you do that?
