Dear Members,

I would like to know if ways exist to personalize my home screen page of D365 finance and operations. Is it possible to publish the changes (like hiding the existing workspaces, adding our customized workspace) done in the home screen page for one user to another user(irrespective of the roles)? Is there any way that I can hide the below (marked in red).? I know this can be hidden based on the roles, But I would like to do it irrespective of the roles. Is it possible to meet it?

Please render your valuable suggestion to meet out my requirement or other solution which can meet out my requirement..!

Hi,

You said that you want to hide the modules which is shown in your screenshot on the home screen, which can only be done through privileges and roles, remove the corresponding permissions from the user, then the user can not see the corresponding module, refer to this old thread: Solved: Hiding Menu and Sub Menus for Specific Roles in D365 F&O (dynamics.com), Andre has already answered in it. As for what you said about hiding existing workspaces, you can refer to this official document: Personalize the user experience - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. It introduces about how to publish views to users. You can publish the saved view to the user. You can also check out this blog post: stoneridgesoftware.com, which shows step-by-step how to hide or unhide your workspace.
