During installation of Retail Mass Deployment Toolkit Component of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Setup stop installation with this error.

"Product: Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Mass Deployment Toolkit -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Run windows update services then try hope will fix the problem
