    Hi @NejcP

    To download latest version go

    support.microsoft.com/.../released-cumulative-updates-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2017

To generate new licence (flf file) go businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com

You need to go to Partner Business Center (link from Partnersource) - (it has been "Voice" some time ago) - and generate your partner license. From there you normall should be able to select for which product you are getting the license - for 2009 or for newer one.
