recently as of this week I started getting some sort of glitch under the field service section when receiving RMA's. usually when we receive one with the wrong serial number I have the option of removing the wrong one on file and swapping it out with the one that was actually returned. to do this I would go on serial lot trace on the RMA receiving window, select the serial and remove it, then go to the search section and insert the new serial number. but now I cant do this action because the search section area is greyed out?? also when in the RMA entry window I cant click on the serial lot trace button to check the serial number anymore. does anyone have any idea on what might be causing this?
