Log File Size for a Company Database

My company database log file currently at 11gb which seems to be large; we do Full Backups Daily, Transaction Backups every 15 minutes.

Do I need to worry about it's size, what's the recommended size for better performance and how often should we purge it?

    I wouldn't worry with it. I've seen large transaction logs on big databases. You could try shrinking it, I usually do that before upgrades.
