Cancellation of activities on a Disqualified Lead (CRM 2016)

Hello,

I have a need to cancel all activities that are attached to a Lead at the same time that the said Lead is disqualified. The problem with this is that you cannot cancel activities on a Lead that is disqualified. I thought of going down the plugin route but there is no Disqualified event for an entity. Does anyone know a neat way that I can achieve this.

For the plugin to work we need to register the plugin for both setstate and setstatedynamic message.

The reason why both messages are required is both messages perform the same action in CRM and as there is no typical thumb rule for which action setstate/setstatedynamic message is fired, it's better to register the plugin for both messages so that our plugin works properly.

You should try using SetState/SetStateDynamicEntity messages.
