How to login using SDK in visual studio on Multi Factor Authentication Environment?

* Development Enviorment
- ADFS 3.0
- IFD 
- Dynamics CRM Server 2015
- Using Software Development Kit
- Multi-Factor Authentication

I installed MFA service in ADFS 3.0. In the first page,  I have to input my ID/PW on the login form. If it can be succeed to login, then move to the next page. In the second page, I have to get a certification code(ex. 760982) from SMS service by input my mobile phone number in the form. And then, I can success to sign in the dynamics crm.

At this point, I have a question.

I also have to login using SDK in visual studio, but I was NOT able to login using the same ID/PW in SDK source.

I would like to get a solution. Is there any solution to pass for login in the SDK on MFA environment?

I use the visual studio 2013.

    You can use OAuth, which supports MFA - see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg327838.aspx

    Hi David

    Thanks for your reply. Re-reading the original post perhaps I posted this in the wrong place. The issue I am having is being able to deploy solutions from within Visual Studio. Typically we have been able to use the Connect to CRM feature (shown below). However when entering credentials for a client who uses multi factor authentication we get an Authentication Failed alert.
