Manual reservation of materials in a production order with WMS

Hello all!
Need your help.

I have in stock different batches of material.
I create a batch order with wms.
Before Release to warehouse I manually reserve the batch I need and I get an error "Inventory has already been reserved at location XX" (a work don't create).
If I do not make a manual reservation, the release is performed without errors and the work is created, but another batch is reserved.
Moreover, the amount of an another batch is greater on a pallet then I need in batch order - the system will still not allow me to complete such work because the pallet is not divided.
Is it possible to manually select a batch for release?
