What level of customization Scaptify supports?

Scaptify is not a product of the D365, please go to the forum of that product to find an answer (if it does), or wait for someone with experience in this area to answer the question.

You can just use their user guide:Scaptify Shopify Connector User Guide (microsoft.com)
It is pretty much straight forward. Was able to configure the scaptify add-on with help of this pretty easy/
Regarding customizations - no idea, haven't had the need to customize it.
