Hi,

I am configuring my demo environment for the for the time and while setting up Team integration it is giving following error : MismatchTeamsEmailMessageText

Please help me fix this.

Ah, right. A few questions to ask to see if I can be of help:

You said this is a trial? From trials.dynamics.com? Which D365 solution?

When you requested the trial tenant, did you use an email address tied to an existing O365/AAD domain?

Is the machine you're trying to connect from joined to an existing O365/AAD domain?

Are you trying to connect with the desktop client or the web client?

If using the web client, are you using an inprivate/incognito session?

Hi Lorne,

Please find the answers below.

I am setting up and demo environment which has an E5 license (its not from trials.dynamics.com, it is internal to Microsoft). Trying to use team in Sales and Marketing. I am using web client to connect on a incognito window.
