Announcements
We are using Dynamics 365 online. I am testing the UI in our sandbox in preparation for moving Production to UI. Up until this Wednesday, 8/5/2020 around 1 pm I was able to create new Orders using a custom form.
Wednesday afternoon I turned on Server Side Sync in the Sandbox and enabled my mailbox (I have an administrator role) to try to test the Outlook App. Since then, I have not been able to create a new Order using a custom Main form. I AM able to create an order using a custom Quick Create form. If I turn off the Unified Interface, the custom forms work fine in the legacy interface and I can successfully create and save Orders.
I am able to save changes to an order, just not create one in the UI.
I have tried:
But I'm still unable to save a new Order. I'm not seeing any errors or Required fields that are not filled in, so I'm at a loss how to find what is preventing saving a new order
Any suggestions or help will be much appreciated.
Hi Barbara,
Did you get an answer on this? we are facing a similar issues when viewing emails in dynamics from Outlook, I'm wondering if this is related to your issue
Thanks
Juan
I'm curious if your issue surfaced in the last week?
There are no custom OnSave events or custom code. It behaves the same in both Chrome and Edge. When I've tried debugging I see these hard errors:
1. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
2. [LivePersonaCard] Message Handler: Failure Response GetAuthToken: Failed to get Loki token Response:
3. LivePersonaCardApp.js:648 [LivePersonaCard] Message Handler: Adal Error Log GetAuthToken:
4. Refused to display 'login.microsoftonline.com/.../authorize in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.
5. FlowApp.js:1969 Message Handler: Failure Response AttemptToSilentlyAuthenticate: Silent authentication failed Response:
6. FlowApp.js:1969 Message Handler: Failure Response GetFlowWebsiteUrls: getFlowWebsiteUrls: Failed to get the Flow environment Id Response:
I'm a citizen developer so I don't really know what these indicate. I will enter a case with Microsoft Support.

When you say it is now allowing you to save and you are not seeing any errors, do you mean that the page does not respond? Have you tried different browsers? Have you tried using a debugging tool to see what is happening when saving? Any OnSave events or custom code that could be preventing this?
