Copy Incident Type Service Task Over Agreement Booking Service Task issue

Hi,

While we are working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM field service, we stuck over the step explained below.

 We need a help over the below step.

When we were creating the Agreement Booking Incident, we set the incident type lookup over there and filled other required details then saved the record. The other child records such that “Agreement Booking products”, “Agreement Booking Services” and “Agreement Booking service tasks” gets copied over the agreement booking setup from the incident type. With the same information as they have on incident type.

But when we add some custom fields over the incident Type service task, Incident type Products or Incident Type Services, then those custom fields wouldn’t get copied over “Agreement Booking Service Task”, “Agreement Booking Products” or “Agreement Booking Services” respectively.

We need this functionality for one of our business logic, please suggest some way to do the same.

    I am sorry to say that you have to implement your own workflow or plugin that will copy the field data to the right spot.
