EDM Image blurry when blasting EDM using segment and interaction template

Hi everyone,
 
I encountered EDM Image blurry when blasting EDM using segment and interaction template. Image itself in high resolution and high DPI, I attached in Word document and upload to interaction template, thereafter, create segment to blast communication out, however image send out to recipients via email appear to be blurry. Anyone encountered the same issue? any solution?
