Hello Team,

I would like to ask for an advice as to what approach is best for the process for carcass cutting/re-classing.

Context: Cutting/re-classing of carcass. The requirement is to record the quantity and cost of the end-cuts coming from carcass.
Sample:

Level Item Number Yield %
(Ratio and proportion of the end-cuts correlated to raw material)
QtyUMCost
0 Carcass 1006kg300
1 Primal 1 0.63.6kg180
1 Primal 2 0.42.4kg120
 2 End-Cut10.71.68kg84
 2 End-Cut20.30.72kg36

You might get confused with the yield but to explain:

Primal 1 and Primal 2 is the ratio and proportion from Carcass.
End-Cut1 and End-Cut2 is the ratio and proportion from Primal 2.
Notice that .6 and .4 is equal to 1 or 100, while .7 and .3 is also equal 1.
The yield is then multiplied to the Qty and Cost.

I made my sample simple but Primal 1 should also be a semi-finished having its own end-cuts.
