How to disable (Chart of Account) from User Permission in Business Central ?

I created a copy of Permission Set (D365 BASIC) with name of (TEST BASIC) and add in User permissions list.
But I want to remove the access of Chart of Accounts from that permission set so , the user can not access the Chart of Accounts List.

For that which permission table should disable from the list?

Please guide

Hi, the information provided by MahGah is very good, I just wanted to share the new way to do this, which may be available next month.

Morning Zhu,

I have the same issue with one of my clients, where they are wanting to remove permission on the chart of accounts so that they cannot see balances on certain accounts like bank accounts & the directors pay accounts. I have tried your link and looking for the information about how I can exclude this without causing them to not be able to process transactions in business central. But I cannot find the documentation. Please could you point me in the right direction.

Hi,

Add pages and tables in Permission Set for achieving this. You can also Use Role center feature of BC D365.

Hi, This feature was removed in Jun 28, 2022 and added to the next release wave.

It seems to be available in the recently released BC21.
