Workflow Canceled Unrecoverable

Dear Experts,

I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 and find an issue that workflow canceled with status unrecoverable with message " Stopped (unrecoverable): Cannot edit a record in Purchase orders (PurchTable).
An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record. "

What's make this happen? and how to solve this?

Please kindly give me some advice

Is there any customization process on update() method on purchase order? it seems that there is more than one update/delete process inside the workflow state update in this case. Could you please confirm that?

There is no customization on update() method of PurchTable

What's impact if I change property of OccEnabled?

The OCC lets you avoid high cost on cosume resources for persistence perpesctive.

I presume that in your case ia not a concern, so you can go ahead.

I have an error infolog after I change property of PurchTable when user submit Purchase Order

Here is the screenshot

Do you have any idea why? Now I change it back OccEnabled to Yes

If the built in UI features to reset workflow status to draft and resubmit it do not resolve the issue (or are not available for this transaction type), your best option will be to open a support ticket so we can investigate each workflow stoppage issue in detail. We'd be happy to assist!
