How to block sending Email to specific domain/entity, by user

Hi All
Firstly thanks in advance
we are in the process of selling and entity, and need to prevent emails going to users that are no longer part of the org.
How can i prevent emails being sent to these users, or entity. this is a requirement as part of the sale to prevent information being sent that should not be.
But as part of this, we have 4 users, from over 200, that should get emails. but other users still need to be able to log onto the system.

On the user option form, disable the send notifications in email.

Hi,

Depending how often you need to disable the checkbox shown by Komi Siabi, I would consider doing this via Power Automate Flow. I would create a user group in active directory (MS Entra) and pick up all the users via power automate flow and disable that checkbox for them. Before you do that, you need to check if the entity for the checkbox below does exist and allow you do active\deactivate the checkbox. You may have other processes, outside of D365 you want to restrict, for which the active directory group comes in handy.

Hi,

Is your question related to sending emails from within Dynamics 365 or is your question more generic Microsoft 365 related?
Can you tell us what type of emails should be not sent anymore? Is it then from the organization being sold or the seller?
