Synchronisation Between D365 v9.0 and Sales Hub App on Phone/Tablet not working

We have installed sales hub App in D365 online v9.0 and created custom dashboard for queue items. Also we have installed D365 App on iPhone and tablet and were able to access custom dashboard. User didn't want old queue items to appear in the view in App so decided to get rid of them from queue, on desktop D365 on dashboard deleted items disappeard but on the App we can still see those deleted items.

We tried to sign out/reconfigure/reinstall app (due to caching issue) but no Joy.  Couldn't find anything on web, if anyone come across such issue or if there is any setting related to Syncing data between App and D365 please let me know.

    Hi,

Very interesting - the sales hub and web UI both read from the same database so unless you are offline they changes should be reflected immediately.

If you have reconfigured the app then this would clear any offline cache and so I suspect that the items are still there and somehow you are filtering them out in the web UI or not looking at the same queue items?

If not then you’ll need to raise a Microsoft support case because this absolutely should not happen!

Thanks Scott, But i am not using Offline functionality. I tried to reconfigure on Dev and Test Environment and result is same.

I can see the only issue giving read permission to "Security Role" as Organisation but if i don't give this role on organisation App is not accessible. I will have to raise this with MS.

This can be reproduced as below

    1. Create Custom role and give necessary permissions  to that role as described in App configuration

    2. Add Users to the role

    3. Create Team

    4. Create Private queue and make the team as Owner

    5. Create some activities in that queue and create view and make it available on dashboard

    6. Access the App (I am using Sales Hub) on mobile (i used iPhone 8+), any items available should be accessible

    7. Remove some of the items from queue on desktop

    8. Refresh App on mobile, you would be able to see deleted items as well.

I gave 24hrs for syncing but it seems its failing to do so.

It looks like a bug in Sales Hub App, I have Added Queue Items entitty in Sales Hub with exactly the same Views as in Dashboard, there were no items when click on the view in Queue Item Entity but the same view was ignoring the Queue on Dashboard
