Hi,
It is possible to use windows authentication on webclient outside the network i found out.
But I only read examples of Windows authentication used inside a network.
Is it safe to use windows authentication outside the network?
Thanks.

Yes, you can use windows authentication to access the web client outside the network you just need to make sure you encrypt the data using SSL.
One drawback would be when you use windows authentication it does not prompt for you the login rather it will take the device windows login credentials to authenticate, so this limits you you to access the client only on the computers where you use the same windows authentication.
HI,
Yes its possible to Use Windows Authentication on Webclient Outside the Network.
I am not sure why Ramesh reddy say its Not safe.
Its safe to use, but as its outside network (as aavio recommended), you need to have a SSL Certificate to authentication.
You can use any of the authentication option available as per your requirement.
You can buy a Named SSL Certificate for any certification authority.
If you would like to do a testing before concluding, Refer Below URL for steps -

Lets discuss if you have any more concern.
No it is not safe to use windows authentication outside the network better to create a SSL Certication.
Regards,
Ramesh.
it is recommended to enable SSL authentication on the webserver, so the data transmitted over the network will be encrypted.
