Financial Reporting Multi Currency

What is the best way to do reporting/setup for projects that have multiple currencies.  I know there is a reporting currency, which we have in USD, but this is not on all tables in AX. Same with the currency not being on all tables.  You could have a project in USD, but a PO in EUR perhaps.  What is the best practice with this on capturing data accurately.   Thanks!
