I have workflow set up to send notifications upon Approval or Rejection.
I am not receiving an Alert on Approval, but on rejection I see this below .
What is the expected System behavior??????

    I already had this turned ON, but I only get notification when a work item is assigned to me.
    Not when a workflow is approved or rejected.
     
    I have set the assignment to workflow user > workflow originator
     
    I am making the changes and submitting those changes to workflow, but not getting notification when it is approved or rejected.

    I am using it as well in vers. 10.0.41 (10.0.2015.190). Just tested it to be sure, however, I am getting the mail.
     
    Could you send us a screenshot to see what you set up?
     
     
     
    Also, please check if your latest modification is also the active version. When you save the workflow changes in the designer you are prompted if you wanna use the changes as the active version, however, that can be overseen easily.
