I am not able to get the calculated field displayed in the sum aggregate function of rollup field i am creating in ms crm 365 v9.0.
Also, the calculated field contains the formula as such <lookup>.<currencyfield>*time field.
Is this what is causing the issue?

The calculated field is not using any another calculated field, it is simply doing a calculation as Revenue = total time * (Project) billing rate, however the field is also not populating nor it can be seen under my rollup field of project entity... However Project share 1:N relationship.

A rollup can't reference a calculated field that uses another calculated field, even if all the fields of the other calculated field are on the current entity. Based on that if your calculated field does not reference another calculated field, this should work.
Also, consider that Rollup fields execute asynchronously, so you might not see the results immediately.
