We have approximately 14 companies that have payroll. We have one company out of the 14 that GP will not create the T4s. When do the T4 Creation routine, nothing happens, the report is blank, and no T4s are created. Any ideas on what could cause this? All other companies have worked fine.

This is likely of no help to the orginal poster - but this is likely caused when the Year End close is not completed for the company.

You will know if you did the year end close correctly if you can do an Employee Last Year inquiry and see the most current Last Year data. If not, that is likely the problem.
