How to install web service in Dynamics SL 2011

I have been follow the whole installation guide in Dynamics SL Help under the Web Services Development Kit.

But when I trying to Verifying a Successful Web Service Installation.

https://sl2011ws:80/Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.WebServices.Session.LoginWindows.svc

I got this error message :

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Any suggestion?

    You many need to do the following:

    Under the Web Server (IIS) -> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager -> IIS section -> Directory Browsing -> Enable

    This should allow your webpage to open.
