I was able to add the bing maps to the HQ accounts but it wont let me add it to the opportunity page. Its just grey, and wont let me click to add it. even when i add a frame for the space. Any help would be awesome thanks.

There are few ways on how you can add it:
1. Use unsupported modification of customization file - butenko.pro/.../
2. Develop own Html/Js webresource that will do mapping for you - luckily there are multiple examples available online.
3. If you're on latest cloud you can use my PCF Controls toolkit that has the control you need - github.com/.../1.0.0.3
