Microsoft crm portals not allowing delete option for Notes grid

Hi,

We are unable to see delete or edit button for notes subgrid for entity form eventhough configuration has been done . We observed this is happening in fro portal version 8.3.3. Till 8.3.2 version we are able to see the configured buttons with working.

Kindly help on this.

Hi Thanuja,

If you have already verified that the functional was working in 8.3.2 but not in 8.3.3 then it is worth contacting MS support. This could be a potential bug introduced in 8.3.3.
