I have a confusion & unable to find the difference between D365 Customer services D365 customer Hub & D365 customer insight services

    Hi !

    D365 Customer Service is the CRM application itself, there was a visual difference in the past where this application was accessed using the Web Client, now the D365 Customer Hub is the updated application using the new Unified Client Interface.

    Both applications do the same.

    D365 Customer Insights is a tool build in top of D365 Customer Service to provide you with Insights about your customers as in the images in the product page:

    dynamics.microsoft.com/.../
