    Hi Leo,

I'm pretty sure it's 'Service' in the Service Management tab (which kind of makes sense).

This post would suggest that is what you need:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309661.aspx

Make sure they get at least read, append, append to (organisation wide)

    Also make sure they have:

User - read, write, append, append to (organisation wide)

    Hope that solves it!

Hi, tnx for your quick reply and your suggestions!
i tried this but after giving the mentioned privileges my colleague is still not able to Add to Resource Group,
actually, the whole (highlighted) button below is missing in her view.
maybe im doing something wrong here?

    Hi Leo,

    Can't see your image, but...

If your solution still includes the OOTB Security Roles I'd suggest that you compared your user's role with that of the OOTB 'Scheduler' and/or 'Schedule Manager' roles (who must be able to do these tasks).  Add in additional privileges until it works, and then you can try taking away others to 'tighten' it up.

I'd log in twice and compare each role side by side.

As well as service & user, team, site and possibly even facility/equipment privileges may be required and there may be some more generic items that are necessary... sometimes it's not easily identifiable.

If/when I get a chance to have a play I'll try to give you some more definitive advice.

    hi,

There are no specific privileges for the ResourceGroup entity.

    see this : msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg334594%28v=crm.6%29.aspx

you may see the access rights level for hr security role.

    Hi Leo,

Plz check by giving full access to each & every User related entities in Business Management.

    Navigate to SR>Business Management.

    Hope this helps You.

If you any further questions Plz let me know

    Thanks & Regards,

    Fathima
