Send RFQ to vendor through email

Hi All,

We have configured email setup and configured outlook as well. we need to send RFQ to vendor through email. when we click "Send" button, there is provision to click "options" . in that, we entered email address in To and Cc part. later completed the process. 

but we email is not triggered to the mentioned mail id. 

In Sys adm, email parameters required setup is completed. 

Please let us know, is there any other thing which need to check,

    Hi,

    Please check you have created and configured required Email template(s).

    (Path: Organization administration > Setup > E-mail templates)

    I have created email template and also tried with send RFQ through email.

    Not able to achieve.

    Dear all, 

    by investigationg the same issue but within D365, where can the e-mai ltemplate be selected (as a parameter) to be send to the Vendor? It is important and standard in my opinion to create e-mail templates with different text content in the e-Mail (RFQ, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Agreements). How is this managed within D365? Is this done through placeholders?

    I found this and I think it is a pretty nice description. For me is just misisng the link to the different documents...
