In what table can I find the master data for the different Posting Type values?

I am building Power BI datasets/reports by leveraging the Export Azure Data Lake option in D365. While I've managed to find most of the key tables to get Financial Reporting done, I am stuck on this one.

In the GeneralJournalAccountEntry table, there is a field called PostingType which basically has ID values as shown below.

I have done a lot of research but am unable to find the master table that will have the master data value or name of the Posting Type for the corresponding Posting ID.

The screenshot below is from Voucher Transactions.

Any idea what underlying system table has that information?

Hi vicky,

Posting type is an Enum field. You can refer to SRSAnalysisEnums table to get list of enums and there Ids.

Interestingly, the exact word "Project - cost" that is in the Voucher Transactions is missing in the SRSAnalysisEnums table. While this is good enough, just curious as to where that word is coming from.

ProjCost is Enum name. There is a field named EnumItemLabel in table SRSAnalysisEnums table, but that field is empty for all the records.

Right. If the label name is empty where is the word "Project - cost" coming from in the UI?

This is not a table from which ui is showing. This table is used for ssrs reporting purposes.

In UI it will be shown from the Metadata.
