FRx - Print Negative Balances in Red

Hi All,

I have a what seems to be an easy question, but I've been spinning in circles.  I have a report that has account lines where the account description prints in red.  We do not want to see the account description in Red.

Therefore, I went into the Report Options and unchecked print red for negative numbers.  This fixed the account description, but of course, now the negative amounts are printing in black.

Does anyone know how I can get account descriptions to always print in black and only have negative balances print in Red?

The account descriptions printing in Red do not even have GL accounts associated with them.  It is odd, but the report requires this.

Thanks,

Steve

    Hi,

I'm not using FRx anymore, but as I remember...

You probably take a look at the Row Format, but there is also a "Format Mask" in the colomns.  Perhaps there is a Mask there, on your description column.
