Hi,
We are facing an issue with the Bank Acc. Reconciliation: when selecting the Bank Account No. for a specific bank account when triing to create a new Bank Account Reconciliation, we receive the bellow error message.
This is the same error message if we would like to undo a bank reconciliation for this Bank account.
Previously for 2022 we could create and post all the Bank Acc. Statement.
The Bank Acc. Reconciliation does not exist. Identification fields and values: Statement Type='Bank Reconciliation',Bank Account No.='1695-MZX-01',Statement No.='2022/15'
Many thanks in advance,
Lorand
Hi
Double-check the identification fields and values you've entered in the Bank Account Reconciliation page. Ensure that you've entered the correct Statement Type, Bank Account No., and Statement No. for the reconciliation you're trying to access.
Check if the Bank Account Reconciliation has been deleted or archived. If it has, you won't be able to access it anymore.
If you've recently upgraded or migrated to Business Central, check if the Bank Account Reconciliation feature is supported in your version. Some features may not be available in certain versions of the software.
Check if you have the necessary permissions to access Bank Account Reconciliations. Your user account must have the appropriate permissions to perform this action.
If none of these steps work, you may need to contact your system administrator or Microsoft support for further assistance. They can help you identify and resolve the issue.
I hope these steps help you resolve the issue you're facing with Bank Account Reconciliation in Business Central.
