Unable to upload a Foxit PDF document to sharepoint

I have a user trying to save a Foxit PDF into Sharepoint and getting an error which I attached to this incident. The PDF file type is added to Document Management and does work for Adobe PDF documents and I believe Foxit shares the same file extension which does not work. Any Suggestions?

    It is recommended to post your issue to the community of SharePoint.
