Valid location record for store

Hi Experts,

I am setting up POS. I am searching product from inventory look-up. After I selected all the variants, I got this error message.

[Cannot find valid location record for current store.]

Please advise what configuration I missed.

Hi MMMMFU,

Please check to ensure there is a valid address for the store; and run the Global Configuration Job to see if that resolves the issue.

If not, can you please let me know what version of D365 you are using?

ie. 10.0.17

Hello,

Try adding a default address for the store from the operating units form in the organization administration module and run global configuration job

Dear Experts,

Thank you very much for your replies.

We found this issue root cause is tax calculation logic which is provided by ISV. If we disabled the tax calculation logic, it resolved.

We're having the same error, but dont use any tax plugins, addresses are correctly assigned to operating units... This all used to work, so i suspect a recent update to be the issue. Any other possibilities?
