How do I check witch contacts count for the marketable contacts quota?

Hi all,

A question about the marketing contact quota. We're at the end of our contract period. In the last year we send a lot of mails to people we are not going te mail again. So we want to "true down" our marketable contacts quota. But how can I get insight in which contacts count for our marketable contacts quota? Can I see that on the entity contacts? Can I make a selection "all marketable contacts"?

This post gives good info, but doesn't give an answer on my question: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/setup-troubleshooting

Hope you can help me.

Thanks and regards,

Wietse

The Quota limits page shows the total quota levels you have purchased and how much of each quota your organization has already used. You can always upgrade your subscription if you need higher quotas. To see how much of each quota you've used, go to Settings > Advanced settings > Other settings > Quota limits.

    Hi!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm aware of where to find the quota.

But my question is how I can 'true down' that quota. The blog on underneath page states that it is possible to true down your quota. I want to know how to do that. Is there a blog about this topic?

    Many thanks!

Hi Wietse - True down is allowed during contract anniversary.  Customers will need to work directly with their respective purchase channel (EA, CS, etc.) for True Down of the contacts.
