Hi i am new to marketing d365,
i have just added two conatcts with city abc and trying to filter in segment as abc but got an error like below
MetadataDoesNotExist Metadata type 'contact' does not exist
Hi saurabh_talele,
Did you follow these steps:
1.New a contact and fill the "Address 1: city"(Outbound marketing -> Customers -> Contacts)
2.New a segment:
For realtime segment
Find the "Address1: City" in "Address1"
For Outbound marketing
Select a template or click skip, then click "Add query block" and choose "Address 1: City" attribute.
You can also use natural language in the search bar.
If all goes well, you can use the system administrator role to see if the entity Settings are normal (setting -> advance setting -> Customizations -> Customize the System):
Is the Contact Entity enabled via Dataset Configuration in Settings?
