CRM generic error pops up while accessing Case Entity records/form

Unable to access CRM Case customization forms, related workflows and case records even though the users have CRM administrator access.

Tried importing the Case Metadata from another instance but it did not help.

    Can you create a new Case main form and set is as primary? Better, import it in solution from another instance. I had similar problem because form was, for some reason, corrupted...

    I was not able to create another main form as well. Faced the same generic error when I clicked on new main form. Importing unmanaged solution of case entity with main form from DEV instance did the trick. Thanks!
