Difference between Invoices, Products and InvoiceProducts

Sorry for following stupid questions, just want to clear some confusions from my mind related to Invoices, Products and InvoiceProducts entities...

Can someone please tell me following:

1) Difference between Invoices, Products and InvoiceProducts

2) Invoice means, i have billed to my customer but customer has not page yet ? ? 

3)When Customer pays against my invoice then status of invoice will be "paid" ? ? 

4) how would i know that customer has paid against my invoice ?

5) One invoice may have many products means ((invoice) to (products) relationship)

6) is it necessary to use product entity to create invoice ?

7) is it necessary to use product entity to charge customer in D365 ?

8) anything else you have in your mind to tell me regards these entities please?

9) what are Product Line Items ?

10) what are Invoice Line Items ?

    Hi

    1) Difference between Invoices, Products and InvoiceProducts

    --> Products - is your inventory of items / products, which is either sold to customer or any service provided to customer

           Invoice - Is what you are charging for service or products

          Invoice products - is list of items includes service and products. 

    2) Invoice means, i have billed to my customer but customer has not page yet ? ? 

    --> Yes.. and also it is depend on organization business rules. 

    3)When Customer pays against my invoice then status of invoice will be "paid" ? ? 

    --> Yes

    4) how would i know that customer has paid against my invoice ?

    --> You need to change status to Paid. 

    5) One invoice may have many products means ((invoice) to (products) relationship)

    --> Yes, it is already existing relationship in CRM.

    6) is it necessary to use product entity to create invoice ?

    --> Yes.. in invoice line items you have to use product entity. 

    7) is it necessary to use product entity to charge customer in D365 ?

    --> Yes.. using quote, order and invoices

    8) anything else you have in your mind to tell me regards these entities please?

    9) what are Product Line Items ?

    10) what are Invoice Line Items ?

     Invoice products - is list of items includes service and products.
