Printing Error while generating Free text Invoice

Dear

I am having a strange issue with printing on Free Text Invoice on one of the entity. I have managed to create few Free Text Invoices. But when i go to print them it gives an error

Something went wrong while generating the report. Please try again.

For all other entities it does not give me error. Can i please request a solution to it.

Hello praveens007,

Is this the exact error message or do you see anything else?

"Something went wrong while generating the report. Please try again."

If there is no other information then I would suggest that you get into contact with your system admins/developers who should be able to help you getting this fixed.

Are you running D365FO?

Can you share your print management setup that has been made?

In case you use D365FO, can you let us know whether you make use of the SSRS reports or the new electronic reporting framework.
