Hi Guys,

I am using the goal entity to track and measure performance across regions, sales people etc. I have many many goals set up!!

My question is this, I have an opportunity that is not feeding into the goal entity. My goal metic is set up correctly as is the Rollup Query. The strange thing is, the opportunity in question appears within the participing records section within the goal, but the value is not pulling through. So to give you more context. For this goal I have 4 records that should amount to the goal target. All 4 goals appear in the participanting records section of the goal but only 3 of them appear within the Actual sum.

Any suggestions of what to do here? I had thought of checking out the opp, cant find anything wrong, the other thing was to maybe create a new opportunity to match the one that is not flowing in? Any other thoughts would be helpful.

Hi again,

So what I did here was change the manager of the goal and it brought in the figure then which is very odd. Not sure what would be causing that. Would love to hear your thoughts if anyone has them but by changing the manager of the goal it brought in the correct amount. odd, very odd indeed. By the way the goal criteria is set to all and and not to roll up from child goals.
