Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details

I get an error when trying to create a new user in CRM Dynamics 2016. I enter the user name for the user and it pulls the necessary information from Active Directory, but when I save I get an error. I download the log file and get the following:

Any clue on how I resolve it? I've gone through to make sure we only have one default business unit and I'm not sure where I even find that. That being said, we only have one business unit anyway. I then went through the teams to make sure that they all were under our one business unit.
