Unable to view data in a shared lead form

Hi,

Have created a personal view of leads. These leads can be viewed by all users in "All Leads" view. The view is available to all users now. However, when the view is selected, the names are the only data which show, the remaining fields are empty "---".

It is assumed that somehow there is some setting keeping the data from being presented in the view.

Have looked at field data and also permissions and roles, etc. and can find nothing that would seem to prohibit the data from being accessed.

Any ideas? This is quite frustrating!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I'd like to confirm if the other fields can be shown normally to the owner of the personal view.

The fields all show normally in the view for the view creator. Another idea I had is that maybe the view is set for “my leads” only which is why it doesn't show data when it could be set to “all leads”

    Hi,

Have you checked the filter criteria of your view?

Would you be able to share screenshot of your view and view data to check this further?

Please mark my answer verified if this is helpful!

yes, have checked the filter criteria and it's not showing the data - only to me not to another user in my group.

someone was finally able to solve it but I can't recall what they did exactly - it was linked to permission settings for the leads and activating them.
