Hi, The answer is yes, but it requires customization.
You can rearrange your needs and see if the methods mentioned by the above experts can meet you.
1. Using save view as feature to show only blocked items

If you want to achieve the same thing with an item archive as you di with a PO archive. You need more than just a page.
The PO archive creates a copy of the PO as it looked at the time it was archived.
If you want to do the same with Items you need both new tables to hold the archive, new pages and some logic to determine when and how to archive.
One alternative option can be to use the change log instead if you are looking for a no code solution.
We can create a separate page to show only Blocked items by applying the filters and not to show them on the original page but moving the items records completely from the Item table may not be possible if there are entries for those items.
