Schedule board resource tooltips view in daily/weekly view

Hi community,
 
Where is tooltips view from in the Schedule board daily/weekly view as the following screenshot red rectangle, which is displaying after click plus button on the left of resource record. I checked all related view in Bookings, Resource Requirement and Bookable Resource table, I can't find this tooltips view. is it possible to customize it ?
 
 
 
When I click the title/name on the tooltips view, it is display its Resource requirement record.

    Hi,
    Is the 'Hourly' view ok?
    I found the following ideal: 
    ADMIN RESPONSE: All views(hourly,daily..) are already the same, but there are others who seem to be experiencing the same problem as you!
    So i would suggest that you can open one ticket for Microsoft support team to confirm it.

    Thanks, Leah, "Hourly" view is good, probably, we should enable " new schedule board", but I didn't find this checkbox in our Field Service App setting, I'd better create a ticket to Microsoft support as you mentioned.
