How to solve refresh page issue on RSAT?

Hi, 

I just start working with RSAT to automate UAT for D365. The task records have refresh page step because it is need to wait for transition states process - Draft - In review - Approved - Confirmed.
However since RSAT cannot playback a refresh page step, i need a solution to replace this step in order to wait the transition states during the workflow process.

Anyone can help me?
