Can you reset the Customer pool criteria and then add customer ids with comma separated on customer account criteria field?
I received the following error message when running the snap shot for customer aging balance . To up date customer pools.• "Cannot create a record in Customer aging snapshot header (CustAging). Customer account: CUS004778, 30-60-90-120. The record already exists.
It seems that you need to use comma separated values for customer ID field (e.g. CUS000016,CUS000057,CUS001226,CUS000118,CUS001233,CUS009834,CUS000218,CUS000478,CUS000312,CUS004448,CUS004136,CUS000487,CUS002076,CUS011385). You can use convert.town/column-to-comma-separated-list for this conversion.
I have tested on 10.0.22 while i cannot repro the issue.

Report criteria works fine with advanced filtering and query syntax. As you already mentioned, you need to use Column1 if you can to copy values from Excel and paste in criteria field for the report.

In the customer pools portal I was able to copy several customer accounts in a excel and import them into my customer pools criteria . I can longer do this without get multiple customer lines instead of one line for several customers (see detail). Was this change in D365 or does any one know of another way to process more than one customer in this filter.
Can you elaborate? I'm not able to understand the detailed steps you are performing here and if you have customizations or not.
