application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

I have the same question (0)
I have similar troubles. I wonder when we get the red cross on the form. Is it possible to explain why it happened? We have customers who had interest in the reason becasue we can not say there is no need to worry about the red cross.
