Has anyone encountered an error with creating point-in-time restoration backups with Production despite having the necessary permissions and license in the admin account being used?
Error message is as follows:
"We encountered a permission error when performing the requested point-in-time restore. Ensure that you have been added as user in the Business Central environment and assigned the 'D365 BACKUP/RESTORE' permission set. If you have this permission set assigned already, please retry later. If the issue persists, please open a support request."

Do you have the D365 BACKUP/RESTORE permission set assigned without any company name?
You may have to create a Support case with Microsoft and they will help you.
